WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS once order has been placed. For custom orders, all information MUST BE verified and agreed by the client and Kreative Threadz for correct spelling, color, quantity and pricing.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON CUSTOM ORDERS?
No, there is not a limit. We are equipped to handle large quantities.
HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM ORDER COST?
It all depends on what you are looking to order. There are several key features we MUST have to be able to give you an accurate price. An invoice will be sent to you once we have confirmed quantity, color, sizes, custom material needed and the date the item(s) is needed by.
ARE THERE ANY DIGITIZING FEES?
Yes, Kreative Threadz charges a $35 ONE TIME digitizing fee for embroidery orders that NEED to be digitized. This means all images (pictures, logos, certain fonts, etc.) must be created and edited in a software that we provide to make sure the logo or picture quality is clear to be embroidered.
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
Yes, all orders placed online will have a flat shipping fee of $5.00.
